Private member clubs rely on personable, well-trained and efficient people to manage, serve and support their members. These increasingly difficult-to-find people should be spending their time looking after members - not preparing Letters of Introduction (LOIs).
Overworld provides a trusted LOI system that makes life easier for your club secretary and quicker for your members. It removes much of the administration whilst preserving the discretion, control and tradition that private member clubs value.
Every Letter of Introduction remains under the control of the issuing club before it is released, helping preserve the authenticity of reciprocal introductions and the trust between clubs.
At present, we are selecting a small number of clubs to use the system.
Members request an Introduction online. The request form sits within your own club website, providing a familiar experience for your members.
